The content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Whisk & Timber Artisan Bakery and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, or use any portion of the site for commercial purposes without written permission.
Inquiries submitted through our contact form are requests, not confirmed orders. All orders, quotes, and catering arrangements become final only after we confirm pricing, deposit, and event details directly with you. Custom and event orders may require a deposit and have specific timelines for changes or cancellations, which we will share with you at the time of booking.
We work hard to keep menu items, pricing, hours, and event information current. However, details may change without notice. Please call us at (903) 339-1009 to confirm anything time-sensitive.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Whisk & Timber and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on information found here. Our maximum liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Cherokee County, Texas.
Please read carefully before ordering. Our bakery handles wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and other common allergens daily.
All of our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat flour, eggs, milk, butter, cream, soy, tree nuts (including almonds, pecans, and walnuts), peanuts, and seeds. Even items that do not list these as ingredients may come into contact with them during preparation, baking, or packaging.
We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of any specific allergen.
We are happy to discuss dietary preferences and accommodations when you place an order. Please share any allergies or restrictions with us in advance so we can advise on what may or may not be possible. Customers with severe allergies should use their own judgment when consuming our products.
If you, your guests, or anyone who will consume our products has a food allergy or sensitivity, it is your responsibility to inform us before placing an order and to consider the cross-contamination notice above when deciding whether to order. Whisk & Timber is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.
